Anybody who is a US citizen that has the credit rating and income that meets their minimum requirements is eligible for this dental credit card. I have used this company in the past to finance costly root canals and crowns, and ended up paying monetary amounts of interest until I had paid off the card. And there is no prepayment penalty.
