remove your calculus if u have first.second,brush your teeth twice a day.third one use dental flos then use anti plaque liquids...although you make all of these the positions are the same you must take a blood test about diabet,anemia,...etc.GET WELL SOON

blood test??? please tell me why this is a must... our dentist says it's time for surgery.. there was no blood test done....

the only treatment for gingivitis and bleeding gums is to remove the cause. The cause is a reaction of your tissues to bacteria under the gum line that needs to be removed so go see A Periodontist(gum specialist)
