You know what they say about "cheap and nasty" it is usually true. I work in a dental surgey and have done so for many years, so I have seen alot of work done overseas. Although this work may be esthetically pleasing and easy on the hip pocket, you will probably find you will spend more time and money on fixing the problems created by unsatisfactory dental work that you had done overseas. Usually they use inferior metal, porcelain etc, for there crown & bridge work, there margins around the work is usually not "sealed" properley, which will allow secondary caries to develop over time. I would not recommend getting this done. And who knows what there hygiene standards are like, I don't think they would reach the standard requirements. goodluck
I am going to Thailand and would like any recommendations for some general dental work. Anybody had any experience with specific Dentists? good or bad .... Thxs!
