It is probably a bone spur, which is basically like a splinter of bone. You should probably have a dentist remove it, but I removed my own one time after having my wisdom teeth removed.

probabely,the pulled tooth was a molar that has two or three roots depend on being upper or lower.there are septums between them that remain there after extracting the tooth and look like to be something left.it has been attached to adjucent bone and there is no problem to worry about it.

ok ..there may be a feeling like that for the first few hours..but u say its been more time than that..continue ur course of analgesics and antibiotics..and if the sensation continues...get to him again....for ur condition the xray would have to be looked at ...it could be a another tooth..anything

there may be a piece of something in there/don't play with it go back to the dentist and have an xray taken
